Brianna is the founder and owner of Nisma Therapy Services, a premier speech therapy clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska, established in 2020. With over 10 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Brianna and her skilled team of therapists provide care to many patients of all ages. Specializing in neurological disorders for both adult and pediatric populations, Brianna’s expertise spans across various settings including hospitals, home health, private practice, schools, nursing homes, consulting, and telehealth. Her broad professional background enables her to deliver specialized, compassionate care to individuals with complex communication and swallowing needs. Brianna earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas A&M University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is dedicated to advancing the field of speech therapy and positively impacting the lives of her patients and the Fairbanks community.

From beautiful Colorado, Ariana brings with her a wealth of experience in healthcare management and marketing, skills that have made a significant impact on our operations and growth. With a deep passion for helping others and ensuring efficient, high-quality service, Ariana oversees a wide range of responsibilities. She is key to streamlining our day-to-day processes, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and constantly enhancing the client experience.
Linsey Williams
SLP
Linsey holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Montana. With three years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, she has worked in both school settings and pediatric private practices, honing her skills in delivering effective communication support to children. Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Linsey is eager to contribute her expertise and enthusiasm to the team at Nisma. She is committed to fostering communication development and empowering people of all ages. Linsey looks forward to collaborating with colleagues and families to create meaningful impacts in the lives of those she serves.
Halah Alteeq
Ph. D CCC SLP
Halah is our very own telehealth speech therapist. She brings a wealth of experience in speech-language pathology and a genuine passion for helping people improve their communication and swallowing abilities. In addition to her clinical work, she enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge with future speech therapists. She's eager to contribute her experience and energy to our practice!
Bryce Roberts
Homework Helper & Maintenance Coordinator
Having recently moved from Colorado, Bryce brings passion for helping others and a diverse background in education, coaching, and community service to the table. He spent 2 years working in special education, where he dedicated himself to supporting students with diverse needs. He also spent 3 years coaching high school lacrosse, where he fostered teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. In addition, his 5 years in parks maintenance highlight his dedication to preserving and improving community spaces.
Mandy Raad
Administrative Assistant
Originally from Montana, Mandy moved to Alaska to further her academic career and is excited to learn more about the world of speech therapy, especially since her mother is also a speech therapist. She looks forward to growing in her role and supporting clients on their therapy journey.
